Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) listed in conjunction with your online service scheduling serve as your contractual signature agreeing to services, applicable fees, and notes as outlined in their entirety. Please read them thoroughly and carefully. Your access to and use of the corresponding service selected is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms outlined below. Blue J Consulting Firm LLC reserves the rights to all materials provided or created, as well as the intellectual property exercised throughout the course of the service for the promotion of Blue J Consulting Firm LLC. Materials may not be reproduced or disseminated without written consent.
To render services, at a minimum, the non-refundable deposit is required. Deposit amounts vary based on service selection however a monthly payment schedule will indicate the remaining balance* due date(s).
A reminder will be sent two (2) days prior to the date(s) payment is required. In the event of non-payment, Blue J Consulting Firm LLC reserves the right to take additional measures to attempt to collect funds through all legal means, at the expense of the Client.
Business check, personal check, money order, or PayPal. A late fee of 15% will be charged for any unpaid bill 14 days past the date of the invoice. Please note that you may cancel services any time after you have completed the existing terms of your agreement. It is greatly appreciated if you give at least 10 days’ notice.
*Remaining balance also includes any incurred fees throughout the tenure of advising. If incurred fees are assessed following payment, arrangements must be made prior to the conclusion of the service.
II. Advising Duration
All advising services must be concluded within six (2) months of purchase unless otherwise noted by your individualized plan.
III Session Rescheduling
Virtual appointments are allotted a 20-minute grace period from the session scheduled start time. Afterward, the session will be rescheduled. Two (2) rescheduled sessions will constitute as a cancellation and incur the associated fee(s).
Formal session rescheduling must be received via email, at least 48 hours prior to the start of the advising session. Reschedule accommodations will preferably be rearranged within two weeks of the originally scheduled date.
Requests received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the advising session will constitute a cancellation and incur an associated fee(s).
Failure to appear for the consulting meeting without any prior notice, will be classified as a cancellation and result in both a forfeiture of the session time and incur a fee.
IV. Session Cancellation
Notification received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the advising session will constitute a cancellation and incur a fee of $50, applied to the overall invoice. Failure to appear for the consulting meeting without any prior notice will result in both a forfeiture of the session time and fee.
If an excess of two cancellation fees is applied to a client's account, the fee must be paid in its entirety prior to scheduling and resuming advising.
V. Photo Release
The Client gives Blue J Consulting Firm LLC the authority to use and edit photos, videos, references to developed materials or other similar items in correlation with this service, solely for promotional purposes, agreeing to redact any identifiable information, as specified by the Client.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms for any changes. Any changes will be found on our website, listed under ‘Terms + Conditions’ along with the recent date of the amendment. Your use of the service(s) following any change to these Terms will constitute your consent to and acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by either the Client or Blue J Consulting Firm LLC. You may terminate services at any time by sending notice of such termination by email to entitled ‘Termination of Service: (client name) as of (date). The client agrees to forfeit payment of any type, including but not limited to non-refundable deposits. A Humble Consulting reserves the right to immediately revoke client portal/resource access privileges among receipt of termination request.
